Imagination + Clay

June 28th 11-3pm

An intimate creative workshop exploring imagination, symbolism, color, and clay.

In-Person & Online Workshops:

If your team is feeling burnt out, uninspired, or creatively stuck, these workshops are designed to help people reconnect with themselves and each other.

Blending creativity, emotional regulation, and NeuroArts-inspired practices, Bri creates sensorial experiences that invite curiosity, reflection, play, and meaningful connection. No artistic experience is required, all that’s needed is an open mind.

Workshops are thoughtfully designed for schools, healthcare organizations, retreats, creative teams, and companies interested in more imaginative and human-centered ways of engaging people.

What Happens in a workshop:

01 — Arrive & Reconnect

An introduction to the relationship between creativity, emotion, beauty, and the nervous system. Participants are guided out of performance mode and into a more present, reflective, and creatively open state.

02 — Live Creative Experiments

03 — Reflection & Integration

Participants reflect on their experience and explore simple ways to bring more creativity, emotional awareness, and intentional practices into everyday life, work, and relationships.

• Increased creativity and perspective
